Tips on Being Regular

Most people don’t even realize how often they should have a bowel movement. It’s not a topic we normally discuss so we don’t know there is a problem until we have a REAL problem. The average healthy adult should have 2-3 bowel movements daily. Your bowel movements should smooth and leave the body easily without hard pushing or painfully waiting for them to get to that point. There are many foods that can help regulate your digestion and elimination and many foods that hinder it. And please keep in mind that no matter how clean your diet may be, STRESS is a huge factor when it comes to digestion.
